FAQs
What if I don't have enough work to fill the hours?
Honest answer: if you genuinely don't have the workload, downsize to a smaller package or cancel within the notice period. No drama, no fees. But most of our clients discover the opposite pretty quickly. Once a VA is doing the work that was eating your evenings, you find more thingsto hand over. The constraint is usually trust and process, not workload.
What happens if my VA doesn't work out?
If your VA isn't the right fit, for any reason, we replace them at nocost. You don't need to justify the call. Different working style, communication preference, or you just want to start fresh — we organise the transition and make sure your work doesn't drop.
What time zone do your VAs work in, and how does that affect me?
Our team is based in the Philippines but works on your schedule, not theirs. If you need cover from 8am to 5pm NZ time, that's what you get. If your evenings or weekends are when you need help most, your VA works those hours. We match the work pattern that suits yourbusiness, not the time zone they happen to live in.
How do you protect my client data and confidentiality?
Every VA signs a confidentiality agreement and a non-compete with us before they touch a single client, with real consequences for breach. On your end, you give your VA access only to the systems they need, and if you ever offboard them, we revoke access immediately. Our VAsare also briefed on NZ Privacy Act 2020 obligations before they startwork.
How quickly can my VA start?
First week is matching and contract setup. Your VA starts foundations work within 7-10 days of signing. Full rhythm, where they own ongoing tasks without prompting, typically lands at 2 to 4 weeks. Clients whoinvest in proper onboarding (a few hours of recorded walkthroughs, clear examples of what good looks like) get full value fastest.
What if I need to cancel?
Our standard notice period is 60 days. No long-term contracts, nopenalties. We see this as a partnership, not a lock-in.
What tools and software do your VAs use?
Our VAs come trained on the systems most NZ businesses already use: Vault RE, PropertySuite, PropertyMe, PropertySmarts, Trade Me, realestate.co.nz, OneRoof, Xero, Canva, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Trello. If you use something we haven't seen before, we'll learn it before your VA starts touching anything live.
Who manages my VA day-to-day, you or me?
You manage the work, we manage the VA. In the onboarding period, youand your VA work with our Account Manager to map out routines, priorities, and what good looks like. From there, you interact withyour VA the same way you would a local assistant — a quick message,a voice note, a daily standup if you want one. We stay in thebackground managing performance, leave cover, quality, and anyoperational issues.
